Escuela de Ingenier\u00eda y Ciencias del Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recibi\u00f3 su Ph.D. en Sistemas y Administraci\u00f3n de la Ingenier\u00eda del Texas Tech University y un segundo Ph.D. en Ciencias de la Ingenier\u00eda en el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tiene certificaci\u00f3n Black Belt y Master Black Belt en Seis Sigma con a\u00f1os de experiencia dirigiendo y asesorando proyectos de mejora continua en organizaciones de manufactura y servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como investigador ha sido autor de numerosos art\u00edculos cient\u00edficos en el \u00e1rea de monitoreo estad\u00edstico de procesos, estad\u00edstica no param\u00e9trica e ingenier\u00eda estad\u00edstica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente pertenece al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores
